Log in Services – Terms of Service

Disclaimer: The following document will hereby be referred to as “ToS”. The purpose of this ToS is to describe the relationship between you, “hereby referred to as customer”, and the “service provider RAIDS”, hereby referred to as “RAIDS”. The customer may also be referred to as “you” . The term “Owner” refers to the “@Owner of RAIDS.” After an agreement for services is made, any violation of these ToS are ground for forfeit of all ongoing service agreements, both complete and incomplete, with no compensation for the customer.

Account Safety

1. Change password and Bank pin BEFORE and AFTER every order.
2. Check your linked accounts page to make sure no new accounts are linked
3. Remove any wealth not necessary for ordered services.
4. We are not responsible for any loss of items, coins or related materials above the required deposit.

4a. It is up to the customer to request a deposit with a specific value if the bank value is over 1b osgp.

5. All conversations with workers of “Mafioso Raids” is strictly done in tickets, we are not liable for anything said or done outside of the ticket system.
6. 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) is required to be activated or reactivated at the end of each service.

Not adhering to this will result in getting only the workers deposit. Payment/Refunds

1. All payment for services must be paid up front to Helpdesk or Admin before your order is started.
2. Once your order has started, no refunds will be given.

2a. If a refund is requested and approved, it will be at 80% of the remaining balance of the order. 2b. If a refund is requested, and approved we only refund in OSRS GP. Exceptions can be granted, this is up to the @Owners discretion.

3. Mafioso Raids has the right to refuse orders, or refund orders for any reason.

Risk Awareness

1. We are not responsible for any bans, mutes or penalties that occur to the account while we have access to your account, or anytime after.
2. Mafioso Raids assumes no responsibility for any circumstances that have not been mentioned in this ToS regarding your OSRS account.
3. The TOS can not be edited by anyone but the @Owner.

3a. The TOS is liable to change and it is your responsibility to keep up to date with the current TOS.

4. As Mafioso Raids must access your account for services ordered, there are explicit and implied risks with these services. Mafioso Raids claims no responsibility, to the actions of Jagex that may result in a ban or similar penalty to your account.
5. All communication will take place inside your ticket. Your ticket will be saved indefinitely.

Account Access

1. Passwords cannot be changed during the service, unless requested by Admin rank or higher.
2. You will not log in to the account at any point during the order, unless specified by Admin rank or higher.

If the ToS are broken in any way by you, the customer, RAIDS can refuse you a refund and cancel all ongoing orders.
